On
October 10, 2001 at 6:30pm, our office will host a LASIK seminar in our
Hillview office. Dr. Bradley C. Black, M.D. has graciously offered
his time to share some insight and expertise on the LADARVision system.
Dr. Black, Medical Director of Eye Associates, will discuss the
advantages of LADARVision over conventional excimer laser devices and
other refractive surgery procedures. In addition, Dr. Black will
release the latest statistics on success rates.
Dr. Black is a board-certified
ophthalmologist, an assistant clinical professor at the University of
Louisville's Department of Ophthalmology, a Fellow of the American
Academy of Ophthalmology and member of the prestigious local and nation
medical associations.
Applying the microsurgical skills he has
used in thousands of successful procedures, Dr. Black specializes in
cataract, glaucoma, and refractive surgeries.
Dr. Black will be available to
answer your questions regarding LASIK and if time permits, will be happy
to look at your medical chart to see if you are a candidate for a LASIK
consultation at his office.
Due to the limited size in our
office and my interest to keep the seminar personal and informal,
seating will be limited to only 15 guest. To make a reservation,
please call our office at 502.964.4222. If you prefer, please fill
out the reservation form below and we will call you to confirm your
request. We will contact you with the exact date in August.
